DAca up parking easy access if you have any physical issues. Drive up parking easy access if you have any physical issues.

Refrigerator and furniture too close to the door, a little awkward layout.

Very comfortable room, great beds and pillows. Always nice to have refer in the room. Quiet night, good breakfast. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

They took my brothers things out of his room then would not help restore-their screw-up.

The desk clerk seemed to think it was funny that they screwed up and cleared our room in error.

It is difficult to find unless you come in from the east -- very difficult. The desk clerks are poorly trained, the keys work poorly, there is no elevator there is really nothing outstanding about this place ----- their record keeping is bad resulting in clearing out this one room -- throwing all clothing and personal items in a basket and then not helping to return it to the room when they found out it was their screw up --- their young and careless clerk did not offer to help until asked.
